What technical requirements do I need for online training?
You need a computer, laptop, cell phone or tablet with an internet connection. Install the SAMI-X PRO app on your device and simply log in with your account when you log in.
How long does online training take?
The duration of the training varies depending on the course. A course usually lasts 3-8 weeks. Each course contains several chapters that are worked through on a weekly basis.
Are there live sessions or is the material recorded?
The online training consists mainly of recorded videos and live webinars. The live sessions offer the opportunity to receive feedback and ask questions directly to the trainers and receive real-time support. The recorded videos can be watched at any time for flexible learning. If you miss a live session, it will be recorded and made available to you.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the online training?
Yes, after successfully completing the online training and passing the final exam, you will receive an official certificate confirming your knowledge and skills in the use of SAMI-X PRO.
Is there a possibility of receiving further support after the training?
